As part of the start of the celebrations for our 10th anniversary, we merged with our allied consumption centers, creating with them and expert mixologists cocktails designed especially for this occasion.
From April 21 to May 6, you can enjoy this experience in CDMX, Tulum, Holbox, Mérida, Guadalajara, Monterrey, San Miguel Allende, Querétaro, Puebla and Los Cabos, tasting every weekend in iconic spaces such as Condesa DF, Ahau Tulum, Roagi SMA, Cometa and Crania Reclaim, incredible cocktails accompanied by inspired desserts to pair with Mezcal Amarás.

CDMX
- CASA OLYMPIA: Restaurant with Mediterranean inspiration. Cocktail: PANCHE AMARÁS KOMBUCHA , with Amarás Cupreata as the star of this drink.
- LA MARI: A restaurant that combines freshness and warmth in its spaces, bar and menu. Cocktail: LAMARIZCAL + unique dessert to pair with it inspired by Amarás Cupreata.
- CONDESA DF: Noted for its careful design, unparalleled mixology and for having one of the best sushi bars in the city. Cocktail: MEZCAL FRESH + dessert inspired by Amarás Cupreata.
- SUPRA : This incredible terrace with its cuisine of Middle Eastern and Mexican-inspired dishes will host PERFUME DE AFRODITA , and a unique dessert to pair with this drink.
- MADRE CAFÉ: In a place with a unique and historic atmosphere, you can find PINK WARRIOR, a drink with notes of grapefruit and a sparkling touch.
SOUTHEAST
- AHAU TULUM: Inspired by Mayan and Mediterranean cuisine, in this incredible place you can find our ALUX cocktail , with hints of strawberry, lemon and a frosted tajine.
- MIA TULUM: Here the scheme is broken with a fine dining concept in a casual atmosphere, which makes this place the perfect setting for ALUXE , a cocktail with sour orange juice, white cucumber and Chaya leaves.
- SALMA HOLBOX: In this place immersed in the island of Holbox, considered an organic laboratory of mixology and restoration, you can find TRITÓN , with touches of cucumber extract, lemon juice, Agave honey and frosted with worm salt.
- KUUK MÉRIDA: Its cuisine mixes local ingredients and avant-garde cuisine; here you can find YAMIL, infused with habanero, avocado leaf, lime juice and other ingredients that you will enjoy in every drink.
SHALLOWS
- QUINCE SMA: The menu is a cultural collage of some of the culinary cities in the world that the chef and owner of this space has visited, and it is the perfect setting for AGAVE HONEY with mint leaves, lemon juice, agave honey and cucumber juice.
- ROAGI SMA: One of the most acclaimed bars in San Miguel de Allende, offering an intimate and unusual cocktail experience. RISE YOUR GLASS infused with hibiscus, campari, vermouth rosso, bitter orange syrup with cardamom and citrus oil will be the star of the cocktail menu at this bar.
- ASADOR BACANORA QUERÉTARO : Its cuisine is the result of the fusion of various gastronomic elements, here you can find the cocktail called CHAMUSCADO, with roasted pineapple juice, honey, lemon juice, aloe vera foam, etc.
