Of Isthmus origin, a lover of good mezcal and Xhunca poetry, a professional distiller who pours her passion into every drop that flows from her clay and copper stills of that mystical and extraordinary beverage. The master distiller harmonizes the drop-by-drop process of the oven, grinding, fermentation and distillation, stokes the fire that levels the heat and decibels of the stove, speaks to the vats, converses with the pots, gives the first sip of tips to Mother Earth and collects the smoking shishe of the tepache, in the end, ends in an Isthmus song, rectifying and interpreting the pleasures of life.
