Sacatoro
In the mountains of Guerrero, every year at the end of April and beginning of May, the ancestors went deep into the mountains to take the strength of the Taurus constellation at the height of spring, a force that was received in the agave for 10 years and that the locals at that time extracted with the singing of the crickets under the light of the stars that illuminated the mountains. When the precious liquid came out, provided with the power of Taurus, it was drunk immediately, giving impulses to the heartbeat and the blood to boil, provoking feelings of strength and bravery.
