Amarás Logia Tepeztate is the lord and master of the Oaxacan mountains, whose name comes from the Nahuatl words “Tepetl” (mountain) and “Tate” (lord). It is aged in glass demijohns or carafes for more than 13 months, which neutralize the astringent components of the distillate, enhancing the flavor of the agave and giving it a characteristic smoothness.
