We present our new mezcal, the Espadín-Americana Ensamble, as part of the Mezcal Amarás Ensambles line—a groundbreaking and intricate practice in our mezcal production.
This involves enriching the Espadín agave with the flavors of other more complex agaves, allowing us to create new mezcals with smooth tastes and unique aromas. This process adds new notes and nuances, providing our consumers with exceptional and unique tasting experiences that they can only find in our Blends. Blends are not only a fundamental part of our brand identity but also redefine the mezcal category by elevating the quality and complexity of its flavors, setting a new standard in the industry.
Handcrafted mezcal made from the combination of two types of agaves: Espadín (A. Angustifolia) and Americana (A. Americana), whose different characteristics complement each other. Oven-roasted through a blend of 70% Espadín and 30% Americana.
Moreover, at Mezcal Amarás, we take pride in our commitment to sustainability, preserving wild agaves through our replantation program. Our blends use agaves harvested sustainably.
The entire fermentation process occurs naturally without sulfites, in open-air vats, using wild native yeasts from the environment.
Where to buy: We are pleased to announce that our latest creation, the bottle of Mezcal Amarás Espadín-Americana Blend, will be exclusively available at Costco Mexico, allowing mezcal enthusiasts to enjoy this unique blend in its category.
