Mezcal Amarás Americana
We present our new Mezcal Amarás Americana, a distinctive and innovative addition to our mezcal production and the category.
At Mezcal Amarás, we are pioneers in the cultivation of different species of Agave Americana and therefore the first to produce such a valuable liquid for the market.
The Agave Americana, developed in our fields, is characterized by its large size (approximately 100 kg), its growth in rocky terrains throughout the Oaxaca region for 8 years, and its unique sweetness that makes it one of a kind. When transformed into a distilled spirit, this plant produces one of the most intense mezcals in aroma while being exceptionally smooth on the palate.
