What makes Mezcal Amarás Ensamble Espadín-Tobalá different?
Crafted by hand in Oaxaca: Amarás Ensamble is a handcrafted mezcal made from the combination of two types of our agaves: Espadín (A. Angustifolia) and Tobalá (A. Potatorum), whose different characteristics complement each other. Blended in the oven using a mixture of 70% Espadín and 30% Tobalá.
- 100% Natural Fermentation:All fermentation occurs naturally without any sulfates in open-air tanks, using wild native yeasts from the environment.
-Amarás Philosophy:Mezcal Amarás allocates a portion of the net sale of each bottle to developing internal initiatives that promote social and environmental responsibility.

Nose: A dry character aroma with fresh herbal notes of parsley, fruity notes of melon and banana, and white flowers.
Palate: Notes of damp earth and freshly cut grass, blended with tropical fruits.
